New Year, New Start

Sorry I just disappeared. I lost and gained 10lbs twice in December, and decided to spend the last week or so reevaluating my plans.

I started this year at 124.6lbs. By next Sunday I will be below that. I joined a second gym, I will go because I have to pay for it. My aim is to go 4-5 times a week.

My BF and I have committed to eating healthier. Which is great. I've been tracking my intake. I like to keep it under 750 cals per day but I haven't been beating myself up over if I go over it because it has been the holiday season. My goal is to be more consistently under in the next week or two.

I hope everyone is doing well. I will be posting more regularly again. We have company coming over in a matter of minutes, but I will spend the next few days catching up with everyone.
