I'm too old and too fat for all of this.
Seriously. I'm 26. Logically I know I'm not fat anymore. But I feel fat. I look fat to myself in the mirror. I feel ridiculous that I'm this old and this far gone.

I hope you have a happy (or at least ok) birthday! I'm sure you don't look as bad as you think. We all think we look worse than we do. Hopefully this year you will reach your UGW.
